A PERSONAL JOURNEY

I first started practicing Yoga over 20 years ago. I was working in a busy corporate job and had heard that Yoga offered both fitness and relaxation benefits. I left my first class, went straight home to bed and slept better than I had in months. I noticed immediately that I had better focus and ability to handle the stress of my busy life.

I have used Yoga throughout my life, through three pregnancies and have practiced regularly while I raise my young children. Then when my children started school I decided to take my Yoga practice to a deeper level and I studied and trained to become a Registered Yoga Teacher. I wanted to help people discover the tremendous benefits that regular Yoga practice can deliver. In a world where most people are feeling overwhelmed and stressed, Yoga can help to balance the mind as well as the body.

I pride myself on my sessions being accessible and enjoyable to people from all ages, backgrounds, fitness levels, and experience.
