You will receive plenty of personalized tips and hands-on-assistance (think yoga-massage!) throughout the class as well as take-home practice poses. A private class can propel your practice forward, clarify teachings and reignite the fire within.
Private classes run anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes. You decide what you want and how much time you have available. Clients who take private yoga classes always find huge improvements in their everyday lives.

The Private In Studio Session allows you to dive deeper into yoga practice. The focus is on alignment and breath, and a special emphasis on proper technique helps you reconnect and rejuvenate your body.

by Simply Yoga
A yoga class that works around YOUR schedule in the comfort of your home. Never tried Yoga before? This is a great way to try Yoga without feeling self-conscious!

Sharon hosts a live, members-only yoga class every Monday at 11 am. Members may join live or replay the video at a later time, whenever it is convenient. A much-needed break from the stress and speed of everyday life. Each class will remain online for the month and may be accessed as often as possible.
